Consider recommendations regarding the Serrano Advisors LLC Agreement for California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) Justice-Involved Consulting Services for Fiscal Years (FYs) 2024-2026, as follows:
a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Serrano Advisors, LLC for CalAIM Justice-Involved Initiative consulting services, for a period of performance from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026. This Agreement converts a Purchase Order to a Board Contract and increases funding by $353,000.00, for a revised total maximum contract amount not to exceed $552,000.00 ($282,000.00 for FY 2024-2025 and $270,000.00 for FY 2025-2026), inclusive of $199,000.00 under Purchase Order No. CN8777 but which otherwise cancels, nullifies, and supersedes Purchase Order No. CN8777; and
b) Determine that the above-recommended actions are not a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Qualit...
