i) Determine to fund a project meeting the intent of the condition language to be located on County-owned lands, in which case staff will return with project options for the Board's consideration;
 
ii) Determine that the Board's action is not a project, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4);
 
b) Alternatively, your Board could choose one of the following options:
 
i) Continue to hold the funds in the account for allocation at a future date;
 
ii) Determine to fund a project meeting the intent of the condition language to be located on lands owned by another public agency (i.e., City of Santa Barbara, State of California), in which case staff will return to your Board with options and execution documents.
