HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2027 Preliminary Budget Outlook Update, as follows: (EST. TIME: 1 HR.)
a) Receive an informational update on the FY 2026-2027 preliminary budget outlook and FY 2027-2028 projected deficit;
b) Provide guidance on questions outlined in the report to better inform the April Workshops;
c) Provide other direction as appropriate; and
d) Determine pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15378 that the above activity is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act.
