(a local vendor), Post Office Box 1280, Santa Maria, California 93456, and authorize the Clerk to Record; and b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for work performed and materials supplied for this project by the Contractor in the amount of $498,382.01.
