Title: Consider recommendations regarding Organic Food Act Agreement No. 15-0064-SA with California Department of Food and Agriculture, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture for services related to enforcement of the Federal Organic Foods Production Act of 1990 and the California Organic Products Act of 2003 in the County of Santa Barbara for the period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 in the amount of $9,620.00; and b) Determine that the above action involves government funding mechanisms and/or fiscal activities and is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(4).
