Consider recommendations regarding the Appointment and Reappointment of Members to the Workforce Development Board, as follows:
a) Appoint Evangelina Arroyo, representing the Employment Development Department, to the Santa Barbara County Workforce Development Board for a two-year term ending October 5, 2028;
b) Appoint Devin Daugherty, representing Santa Barbara City College, to the Santa Barbara County Workforce Development Board for a two-year term ending October 5, 2028;
c) Reappoint Angeli Mancuso, representing Cottage Health, to the Santa Barbara County Workforce Development Board for a two-year term ending October 5, 2028;
d) Reappoint Justin McIntire, representing the Department of Rehabilitation, to the Santa Barbara County Workforce Development Board for a two-year term ending October 5, 2028; and
e) Determine that the above actions do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant impact on the environment, and therefore it is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15378(b)(5) as the proposed action is also an organizational or administrative activity.
