Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Contractor on Payroll (COP) Agreement with Dr. Edwin Feliciano for Fiscal Year (FY) 2015-2016, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Contractor on Payroll (COP) Agreement with Edwin Feliciano, M.D., for the continued and additional provision of psychiatric services through June 30, 2016, for a total contract amount not to exceed $86,790.00, inclusive of $21,748.00 under Purchase Order CN18786 but which otherwise cancels, nullifies, and supersedes Purchase Order CN18786; and b) Determine that the above actions are government fiscal activities or funding mechanisms which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant impact on the environment, and are therefore not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA guidelines.
