Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Watershed Coordinator Grant Program, as follows: a) Adopt a resolution to accept the terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement (Grant No. 3003-581) with the California Coastal Conservancy to receive grant funding for the Watershed Coordinator Grant Program to fund watershed planning on the south coast of Santa Barbara County; b) Authorize the Public Works Director to enter into the Grant Agreement (Grant No. 3003-581) and all other subsequent agreements or amendments to receive funding for the program in an amount up to $202,943.
