TIME: 30 MIN.) a) Receive a report on recent ICE activities in Santa Barbara County, including the federal operation near Carpinteria on July 10, 2025; b) Provide any direction, as appropriate; and c) Determine that these actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), because pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5), the recommended actions consist of organizational or administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
