Title: Consider recommendations regarding Rescinding and Adopting Time Limit Parking and Parking Restrictions, Third and Fourth Districts, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution to rescind parking restrictions on Blosser Road in the Orcutt area of the Fourth District; b) Adopt a Resolution to establish time limit parking on Helena Street in Los Alamos area of the Third District and parking restrictions on Blosser Road in the Orcutt area of the Fourth District; and c) Find that the proposed actions are for the operation and maintenance of an existing public facility, involving negligible, or no expansion of use beyond that which presently exists, that the proposed action is therefore exempt from California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 CCR 15301(c), and approve and direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
