Title

Consider recommendations regarding Fiscal Year 2025-2026 PathPoint Substance Use Services Agreement, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with PathPoint for the provision of substance use services for the benefit of patients served in the County Health Department’s Health Care for the Homeless Program in a total amount not to exceed $41,000.00 for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026;

 

b) Approve and authorize the Director of the County Health Department, or designee, to adjust hours of service as mutually agreed with the Contractor in accordance with Exhibit A of the Agreement; and

 

c) Determine that the recommended actions do not constitute a “Project” within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA Guidelines, because the actions consist of the creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities, which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
