Title: Consider recommendations regarding the acceptance of Bicycle Transportation Account Grant Funding, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Accept $108,000 in grant funding from the Caltrans Bicycle Transportation Account (BTA) for the Goleta Beach Bikeway Reconstruction Project; and b) Approve Budget Revision No. 0000307 to accept the award of grant funding from the Caltrans BTA $108,000, to transfer $12,000 from the County's Transportation Development Act (TDA) Funds as the local match and to establish the expenditure budget for the project in the amount of $120,000.
