Title: Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the contract and continuation of services of the current health benefit provider Santa Barbara San Luis Obispo Regional Health Authority dba CenCal Health, formerly known as Santa Barbara Regional Health Authority, effective January 1, 2008 to provide health benefits to qualified In-Home Supportive Services caregivers. The contract amount not to exceed $1,519,560 in calendar year 2008, $1,632,120 in calendar year 2009, and $1,756,740 in calendar year 2010, and it may renew from year to year unless amended or terminated by either party.
