Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Santa Barbara County Association of Governments (SBCAG) Baseline Amendment for Electric Vehicle Charging Station Funding, as follows: a) Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute an amendment to the Baseline Agreement with SBCAG, to receive $467,000.00 for the installation of electric vehicle charging stations at County facilities; and b) Determine that the recommended actions do not constitute a project subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301 Class 1 which consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of existing use.
