Title: Pursuant to California Elections Code Section 10515, approve the appointment in lieu of election of James L. Jackson to the Santa Rita Hills Community Services District Board of Directors, who has filed a declaration of candidacy and is qualified to hold office. This appointment must occur prior to the Monday before the first Friday in December in which the election is held. The appointed candidate will take office on December 6, 2019.
