Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Professional Services Agreement with Susanne L. Ramos, M.D., Incorporated, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Susanne L. Ramos, M.D., Incorporated to provide medical services in the Santa Barbara County Health Department Health Care Centers for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $214,000.00; and b) Determine that the recommended action is not a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and is exempt per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended action is the creation of governmental funding mechanisms or other governmental fiscal activities that do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
