Title: Consider recommendations regarding the professional services contract with KOA Corporation for Traffic and Transportation Study and Analysis Services, Third District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an agreement with KOA Corporation (not a local vendor) for the preparation of a Traffic and Transportation Engineering Study of UCSB's proposed Long Range Development Plan in the amount of $165,000; and b) Authorize the Director of Public Works to approve amendments to the agreement for supplemental work up to $16,500.
