Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Statement of Final Quantities for the San Ysidro Debris Basin Improvement Project, First District, as follows: Acting as the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for work performed for the San Ysidro Debris Basin Improvement Project (Project No. SC8356) by the contractor Marcon Engineering, Inc. (an outside vendor) in the amount of $1,829,840.18; and b) Determine that the above actions are an organizational and administrative activity of government, and not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines.
