Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Cold Springs Debris Basin Expansion Project and Statement of Final Quantities, First District, as follows: Acting as Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for work performed and materials supplied for the Cold Springs Debris Basin Expansion Project by the contractor Raminha Construction, Inc. Consider recommendations regarding the Cold Springs Debris Basin Expansion Project and Statement of Final Quantities, First District, as follows:

 

Acting as Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for work performed and materials supplied for the Cold Springs Debris Basin Expansion Project by the contractor Raminha Construction, Inc. (a tri-county vendor), in the amount of $723,345.12; and

 

b) Find that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines section 15162, no substantial changes are proposed, there are no substantial changes in circumstances and no new information of substantial importance has come to light regarding environmental effects of the project or feasibility of mitigation measures and, therefore, this action is within the scope of the project covered by the Final Mitigated Negative Declaration (19NGD-00000-00015) for the Cold Springs Debris Basin Expansion Project, and therefore, no subsequent environmental document is required.
