Title: HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding the 2025 Annual Homelessness Update, as follows: (EST. TIME: 1 HR.) a) Receive and file a presentation on homelessness in the County of Santa Barbara to ensure compliance with State of California and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements, including: i) Local, State, and Federal funding to address homelessness overview; ii) Community Action Plan to Address Homelessness Year 4 Progress Report; iii) 2025 Point in Time Count and Housing Inventory Count; and iv) Encampment Resolution Strategy Year 3 Progress Report; and b) Determine that the above-recommended actions are not a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), finding that the actions consist of administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
