Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Multi-Department Master Service Agreement (MSA) with Sansum Clinic, as follows: a) Approve and direct the Chief Procurement Officer (Purchasing Agent) to execute and administer the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 MSA with Sansum Clinic, and in the amount, set forth in the MSA Listing - September 15, 2026 for the services specified in the respective Statement of Work as in Exhibit A to such MSA; and b) Determine that the above action is not a "project" and is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA guidelines because it is an organization or administrative activity of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes to the environment.
