Title
Consider recommendations regarding a State Lands Lease for placement of a sand berm at Goleta Beach County Park, Second District, as follows:
a) Authorize the Parks Department to enter into a Lease Agreement with the State Lands Commission for purposes of placing a sand berm along Goleta Beach County Park;
b) Authorize the Director of Parks to act as agent of the County to conduct all negotiations, execute and submit all documents, including but not limited to applications, agreements, amendments
