Title
Consider recommendations regarding revised fees for the offices of the County Clerk-Recorder, as follows:
a) Set a hearing for July 8, 2003 to consider the introduction (First Reading) of an Ordinance amending section 2-10.7 of the Santa Barbara County Code to establish revised fees for the offices of the County Clerk-Recorder;
b) Set a hearing for July 15, 2003 as follows:
i. Approve the County Clerk-Recorder-Assessor's Notice of Exemption pursuant to County California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines;
ii. Adopt a report on costs related to fees charged by the Santa Barbara County Clerk, Recorder and Assessor, County Clerk and Recorder Division; the report on costs shall be available for public inspection at least 10 days before the hearing date at the County Clerk, Recorder and Assessor, 105 East Anapamu, Room 204; Santa Barbara, CA., weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 AM;
iii. Consider the adoption (Second Reading) of an ordinance amending Section 2-10.7 of the Santa Barbara County Code to establish fees for the office of the County Clerk, Recorder and Assessor.
