Consider recommendations regarding agreements for children's mental health services, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize Chair to execute an agreement with Family Services Agency (a local vendor) for school, home and clinic-based mental health services to children and their families who are experiencing emotional, social, and behavioral difficulties, for the period of July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005 in the amount of $794,000;
b) Approve and authorize Chair to execute an agreement with People Helping People (a local vendor) to provide mental health services to severely emotionally disturbed children and families in the Santa Ynez Valley for the period of July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005 in the amount of $116,500;
c) Approve and authorize Chair to execute an agreement with Sojourn Services Inc., (a local vendor) to provide mental health services to severely emotionally disturbed children and families in the North County,for the period of July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005 in the amount of $1,248,000;
d) Approve and authorize Chair to execute an agreement with Casa Pacifica (a local vendor) to provide residential, case management and Therapeutic Behavioral and other services to children with severe emotional disturbances for the period of July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005 in the amount of $1,504,350;
e) Authorize the Director of ADMHS to approve amendments to the proposed contracts, provided that any such amendments do not exceed ten percent (10%) of the contract's dollar amount.
