a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute the $0 Participation Agreement with CalMHSA for Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification Program administrative services SANTA BARBARA PEERS DATA PA 10.01.24 for the period of September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2025; and
