Title: HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding the Certificates of Participation (COPs) Facility Program Annual Update, All Districts, as follows: (EST. a) Receive an annual update on the COPs Facility Program;
 
b) Approve and execute a Professional Services Agreement with Cearnal Architects Incorporated (a local vendor) to provide complete design, construction documents and construction administration for the District Attorney building in the lump sum amount of $348,500;
