Title
Consider recommendations regarding Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Services (ADMHS) Fiscal Year (FY) 2015-2016 Alcohol and Drug Program (ADP) Contracts, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Aegis Treatment Centers, LLC (a local vendor), for the provision of Narcotic Treatment Programs, for a total Contract amount not to exceed $2,927,800.00 for the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016;
b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Coast Valley Substance Abuse Treatment Center (a local vendor), for the provision of substance use disorder services, for a total Contract amount not to exceed $842,946.00 for the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016;
c) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Sanctuary Psychiatric Centers (a local vendor), for the provision of substance use disorder services for dually diagnosed adults, for a total Contract amount not to exceed $204,790.00 for the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016;
d) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Casa Serena (a local vendor), for the provision of substance use disorder services for perinatal adults, for a total Contract amount not to exceed $114,920.00 for the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016;
e) Approve and authorize the Director of ADMHS to amend the Schedule of Rates and Contract Maximum within ADP Contracts approved by the Board, to make changes to the County Maximum Allowable Rate for services delivered by Alcohol and Drug Program providers, as published in part by the State Department of Health Care Services and also set by ADMHS, without returning to the Board with a separate amendment, so long as the total Contract maximum remains unchanged; and
