Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Amendment to the Enterprise Fleet Management Equity Lease Agreement, as follows: a) Approve an increase in the contract limit with Enterprise Fleet (Board Contract No. 21197) by $450,000.00, for a total of $3,464,700.00, to accommodate higher-than-anticipated vehicle acquisition and operating costs, and ratify prior expenditures that exceeded the original contract limit, with no other changes to the contract terms; and b) Determine that the above-recommended action is not a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(4), finding that the action is a governmental funding mechanism and/or fiscal activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
