Title: Consider recommendations regarding construction of San Ysidro Road Safe Routes to School Pathway, Federal Project No. SRTSL-5951 (121), County Project No. 862298, First District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for the Construction of San Ysidro Road Safe Routes to School Pathway in the First District, for work performed and materials supplied by D-Kal Engineering, Inc. totaling $341,786.05; and b) Find that the proposed action is an administrative activity that does not constitute a “Project” within the meaning of CEQA, pursuant to 14 CCR 15378(b)(2), that the proposed action is therefore exempt from CEQA, and approve the filing of Notice of Exemption, on that basis.
