Title

Consider recommendations regarding a professional biological monitoring service agreement with Storrer Environmental Services, LLC for the Baron Ranch Trail Bridge Project, Third District, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required)

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the professional biological monitoring service agreement with Storrer Environmental Services, LLC (Contractor) in the amount not to exceed $99,629.00 for the Baron Ranch Trail Bridge Project;

 

b) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0006107 for completion of the Project; and

 

c) Determine that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15162 no new effects will occur and no new mitigation measures would be required as a result of the recommended actions because there are no substantial changes proposed, no substantial changes in circumstances, and no new information of substantial importance regarding environmental effects of the project or of the sufficiency or feasibility of mitigation measures, and therefore the recommended actions are within the scope of the environmental review documents for this project [Mitigated Negative Declaration (17NGD-00000-00007) and monitoring program approved and adopted by the County of Santa Barbara Planning Commission on June 28, 2017 and no new environmental document shall be prepared for this Project.
