Acting as the Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors:
Consider recommendations regarding the reassignment of a RDA loan to the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara and a letter of future intent to provide long-term financing for Parkview Housing in Isla Vista, Third District, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize the Agency Executive Director to execute an Assignment and Assumption of Loan by and among the Agency, Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara ("HACSB") and Parkview Isla Vista, L.P. ("Parkview");
b) Approve and authorize the Agency Executive Director to execute a Subordination Agreement by and among the Agency, HACSB and Parkview; and
c) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a letter of intent to provide a long-term Agency loan to Parkview.
