Isla Vista Community Services District - Approve the request of the Isla Vista Community Services District, as follows:
a) Order the submission of a measure increasing the Utility Users Tax in accordance with Government Code Section 61250 and Section 2 of Article XIII C of the California Constitution on the utilities of methane, water, electricity, sewer, and garbage disposal services;
b) Order the submission of a measure establishing an appropriations (Gann) limit for the District pursuant to Article XIII B Section 4 of the California Constitution; and
c) Consolidate the measures with the Statewide and District General Election to be held on November 3, 2026.
