Consider recommendations regarding Marian Regional Medical Center - Consolidated Mental Health Treatment Center - Cost Sharing for Limited Design Development, as follows:
a) Receive and file a written report on progress to date on Marian Regional Medical Center Consolidated Mental Health Treatment Center;
b) Direct the County Executive Office to work with Marian Regional Medical Center to achieve a draft grant/contract through which the County would provide up to $90,000.00 of funding for preparation of limited design development document, and return to the Board for further action; and
c) Determine that the above activities are not a project subject to review under the California Environmental Quality Act, per CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4).
