Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Amendment to California for All Animals Shelter Assistance Grant Agreement, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Director of the County Health Department, or Designee, to execute an amendment to revive the Shelter Services Agreement and extend the term of the Agreement to June 30, 2025, as well as adjust the agreed upon project budget with no change to the total grant amount; and b) Determine that the recommended actions are not a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and are exempt per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended actions are creation of a governmental funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities that do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
