Consider recommendations regarding the Community Development Block (CDBG) Calle Real Sidewalk Phase 2, County Project No. 820675, Second District, as follows:
a) Approve the project, Calle Real Community Development Block Grant Sidewalk Phase 2, County Project No. 820675;
b) Authorize the Director of Public Works to advertise for construction bids for the Calle Real Community Development Block Grant Sidewalk Phase 2, County Project No. 820675; and
c) Find the proposed actions are for existing facilities, which consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of existing public structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that previously existing, including but not limited to existing highways and streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and pedestrian trails, and similar facilities, and that the proposed actions are therefore exempt from California Environmental Quality Act pursuant ...
