Title: HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Recommended Budget for the County of Santa Barbara as Successor Agency to the former County of Santa Barbara Redevelopment Agency, as follows: a) Adopt the Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Barbara as the Successor Agency to the former County of Santa Barbara Redevelopment Agency, entitled In The Matter Of Adopting The Budget For Fiscal Year 2018-2019 For The County Of Santa Barbara As Successor Agency To The Former County Of Santa Barbara Redevelopment Agency; and b) Find that the proposed actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15378(b)(4) and 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines, because they are government fiscal, organizational, or administrative activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
