Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Tuberculosis Control Program Special Needs Award, as follows: (4/5 Vote required) a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Acceptance of Award for the Tuberculosis Control Program with the California Department of Public Health Tuberculosis Control Branch to support tuberculosis special needs for the period of January 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014 in the amount of $29,236.00; b) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0003229 to increase appropriations of $29,236.00 in the Public Health Department for Salaries and Benefits ($15,746.00), services and supplies ($8,700.00) and other charges ($4,790.00) to be funded by unanticipated revenue from the Tuberculosis Special Needs Award; and c) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended actions are government fiscal activities which do not involve commitment to any specific pr...

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Acceptance of Award for the Tuberculosis Control Program with the California Department of Public Health Tuberculosis Control Branch to support tuberculosis special needs for the period of January 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014 in the amount of $29,236.00;
