Title: Consider the recommendations regarding Tract No. 14,478 (Harp Springs), Fourth District, as follows: a) Approve the Final Map of Tract No. 14,478; b) Require the subdivider to post a certified check in the amount of $12,000 to guarantee the setting of the interior monuments for Tract No. 14,478, pursuant to Section 66496 of the State Subdivision Map Act; c) Accept the offer of dedication as easements for road purposes, Hollysprings Lane and Cosima Lane as shown on said map; d) Accept offer of dedication in Fee for Lot 45 for Public Open Space purposes as shown on said map; e) Accept offer of dedication in Fee for Public Trails as shown on said map; f) Accept offer of dedication of the Secondary Emergency Access easement as shown on said map; and g) Accept offer of dedication for Lot 45 as an easement for sewer purposes to Laguna County Sanitation District.
