Title: Consider recommendations regarding Donation Agreements and Sale Agreement for property located on Lakeside Parkway, Santa Maria, Fifth District, as follows: a) Adopt CEQA Findings; b) Authorize the County Administrator to execute a Donation Agreement and Escrow Instructions between William P. Healey and the County of Santa Barbara (in substantially the form of Attachment 2 to the Board Letter dated December 10, 2002) in connection with the owner's donation of vacant property in the City of Santa Maria known as APN 128-085-044. The conveyance of the property is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Donation Agreement. Consider recommendations regarding Donation Agreements and Sale Agreement for property located on Lakeside Parkway, Santa Maria, Fifth District, as follows:

a) Adopt CEQA Findings;

b) Authorize the County Administrator to execute a Donation Agreement and Escrow Instructions between William P. Healey and the County of Santa Barbara (in substantially the form of Attachment 2 to the Board Letter dated December 10, 2002) in connection with the owner's donation of vacant property in the City of Santa Maria known as APN 128-085-044. The conveyance of the property is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Donation Agreement. The property is to be transferred in the form of a Gift Deed and in an “AS IS” condition;

c) Authorize the County Administrator to execute a Donation, Purchase and Sale Agreement and Escrow Instructions between Gregory M. Daniels and Lynne M. Daniels, Trustees of the Lynne and Gregory Daniels Revocable Trust dated April 5, 1984, and the County of Santa Barbara (in substantially the form of Attachment 3 to the Board Letter dated December 10, 2002) in triplicate in connection with the owner's sale and donation of that certain vacant property in the City of Santa Maria, CA known as APN 128-085-043. The conveyance of the property is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Donation Agreement. The property is to be transferred in the form of a Gift Deed and in an “AS IS” condition;

d) Authorize the County Administrator or designee to accept the certified copy of the Gift Deed to the real property conveyed from William P. Healey and the certified copy of the Gift Deed to the real property conveyed from Gregory M. Daniels and Lynne M. Daniels, Trustees of the Lynne and Gregory Daniels Revocable Trust dated April 5, 1984 and to execute IRS forms 8283 for both conveyances;

e) Authorize the Director of General Services or his designee to execute any other documents necessary to complete the proposed tran...
