Title: Consider recommendations regarding Public Safety Radio System Replacement Contractor Agreement Extension, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the First Amendment to the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Federal Engineering, Inc.to extend the term an additional year until June 30, 2021 for consulting services associated with specification writing and management of the Request for Proposal for the Public Safety Radio System Replacement Project; and b) Determine under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15061(b) (3) that this activity is exempt from review on the basis that it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity may have a significant effect on the environment.
