Title: Consider recommendations regarding the renewal of Onsite Employee Health Clinic Program, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Contract, not to exceed $868,000.00 per contract year, between the County of Santa Barbara and HealthStat, Inc., to continue the operation of two onsite employee health clinics; and b) Determine under CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) that this activity is exempt from review on the basis that it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity may have a significant effect on the environment.
