Title: Consider recommendations regarding the assignment of the State Water Contract to the Central Coast Water Authority, as follows: Acting as the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District: a) Approve and adopt a Resolution entitled "Resolution to Assign the State Water Project's Water Supply Contract to the Central Coast Water Authority"; and b) Determine that the proposed actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3)(common sense exemption), 15320 (changes in organization of local agencies), and 15378(b)(5), (organizational or administrative activities that will not result in a direct or indirect physical change in the environment). Direct the Clerk of the Board to file the CEQA Notice of Exemption for the project.
