Title: Consider recommendations regarding Public Utility Easement- Parcel Map No. 14738: Carpinteria Valley, 07TPM-00000-00013 Schillinger, APN 001-080-027, First District, as follows: a) Approve and accept the offer of dedication of the Easement for Public Utility purposes as shown on Parcel Map 14738 upon approval of the County Surveyor; and b) Find that no new effects will occur and no new mitigation measures would be required as a result of the above actions and therefore pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Section 15162, said actions are within the scope of the project covered by the Negative Declaration for the "Schillinger" Lot Split (08NGD-00000-00021) as accepted by the Planning Commission as a Responsible Agency on February 4, 2009, and no new environmental document is required.
