Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Amendment to the Agreement with McKesson Information Systems, LLC, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute the Amendment (No. P15000027) to License Agreement (No. C0407770) with McKesson Information Solutions, LLC, not a local vender, that includes software licensing, maintenance, anticipated upgrades and processing services for patient billing in an amount not to exceed $567,600.00, for the period of June 1, 2014 through May 31, 2017; and b) Determine that these activities are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended actions are government fiscal activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
