Title
Consider the recommendations regarding the application for grant funds for a project to fund development of the Franklin Trail, Carpinteria Area, First District, as follows:
a) Adopt a resolution approving the filing of an application for grant funds for funding to design and develop the Franklin Trail from the Recreational Trails Program administered by the State Department of Parks and Recreation; and
b) Authorize the Director of Parks to act as agent for the County of Santa Barbara to conduct all negotiations, execute and submit all documents including, but not limited to applications, agreements, payment requests and so on which may be necessary for the completion of the project.
