Title: Consider recommendations regarding a California Public Health Corps Training and Pathways Program Agreement, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Public Health Director, or designee, to execute an Agreement with California Department of Public Health for the California Public Health Corps Training and Pathways Program Project to authorize a trainee to train with the County in communicable disease prevention and control, community engagement, and emergency response activities during the period of September 21, 2021 through July 31, 2023; and b) Determine that the proposed action does not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines, because it consists of organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
