Title: Consider recommendations regarding a report on Emergency Permit No. 24EMP-00013 and No. 25EMP-00005 for the inspection and repair of two SoCalGas high-pressure gas transmission pipeline locations, First and Third Districts, as follows: a) Receive and file a report on Emergency Permits 24EMP-00013 and 25EMP-00005 approved by the Director of Planning and Development to allow for the inspection and repair of two SoCalGas high-pressure gas transmission pipeline locations; and b) Determine that receiving and filing the report is not a project pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), as it is an administrative government activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
