Title: Consider recommendations regarding additions and certification of total miles in the County Maintained Road System, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution accepting new roadway sections in unincorporated areas of Tree Farm Lane and Merida Drive in the Second District, El Capitan Ranch Road in the Third District, and Sage Crest Drive in the Fourth District into the County Maintained Road System; b) Adopt a Resolution certifying the total mileage included in the County Maintained Road System; and c) Find that the proposed actions do not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to 14 CCR 15378 (b)(5) (Organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment).
