Title: Consider recommendations regarding Tuberculosis Control Program Special Needs Award, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Acceptance of Award for the Tuberculosis Control Program with the California Department of Public Health Tuberculosis Control Branch to support tuberculosis Special Needs for the period of July 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013 in the amount of $21,953.00; and b) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act review per CEQA Guideline Section 15061(b) (3), since it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activities may have a significant effect on the environment.
