Title: Consider recommendations regarding an agreement with the California Department of Public Health for the Network for a Healthy California Program, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Public Health Department Director to execute Agreement Number 08-85157 with the California Department of Public Health for the Network for a Healthy California Program for the budget period of October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2011, in the amount of $884,349; and b) Authorize the Public Health Department Director to execute any future amendments to Agreement Number 08-85157 that are within 10% of the Board-approved amount.
